W.V. today (2X) I’m stepping it up, and now 2 W.V.’s = 1 workout
Sorry guys that I haven’t been reporting, but I’ve now probably done way more that 100 exercises, and I really love that it is more of a habit for me now.
Still, there is some laziness to beat every time, but I know that I will feel great if I do work out – so laziness is easier defeated :)

Had a frustrating day, so I did my work out video twice, and weights. I feel better now.
