I have been sleeping like a baby for a week now, how simple just a cloth eye mask has made all the difference! Loving it.

Last night i slept all night, or atleast a good part of the night!! It is amazing how much different the day is with a good nights sleep. I have given up cokes, so i am hopeing this will help with sleep.
I wake up too often during the night for no reason.
I stay in bed with my eyes closed. I am in that half-conscious state but why has my conscious mind flipped back on when it should be in the default mode of rapid thoughts.
I feel like I cannot think clearly… for a while, it has been so long that even when I am lucky to have a full night’s sleep I still do not feel my best. Too much damage has been done.
I do not drink coffee, any type of caffine I have that is too much for me gives me chest pains. It has been that way for a good amount of years now so my problem is not caffine.
played some mellow meditation music. was nice to wake up to, did not seem to interfew with my sleep. the couple times i woke it was peaceful, not stressed—still kept the fan going
i have been waking a little less, still not getting enough rest. the exercise does help. running the fan for the white noise helps too, and my purple friend.
