Visiting Williamsburg was delightful. The shop keeps were some of my favorite people to visit. There were a few museums my family really enjoyed and in general, the atmosphere of the town is one to be experienced.

It was a very cool expeirience. We wnt for a school trip, so the only problem was we had a million tours packed into two days. I even got a fife!
I’ve been spoiled living near the Henry Ford/Greenfield Village, but this place was on an even grander scale. I went during the Close-up program so it was really an overall educational visit.
I went to Colonial Williamsburg Virginia with my Aunt when I was 10 years old. I loved the history of this area. The battlefield, the costumes, the carraiges. It is very pariotic and somewhat romantic. I would love to go again now that I am an adult.
... I still recommend going. Buy yourself a three-cornered hat, eat in a Tavern with Thomas Jefferson, and have yourself a grand ole time.
