How I did it: I left for my freshman year of college. Within the first month I lost 10 pounds. It's not that I worked out or anything, the food at my school was just really horrible. Well I’m visiting all my friends and family back home in Two months. I’d like to tone up and loose about 5-8 lbs before then. I weigh 141lbs now. So we’ll see.

I’ve actually already dropped around 25 pounds, but i’d like to be a bit lighter around the mid-section before i start my new job in October.
so i finally lost weight because i’m going through a really rough couple of months, and if i eat when i’m stressed or upset, i throw up. so i just stopped eating for days at a time. i think i looked better with the weight on.
MAUFLO08 Refocusing
I lost 35 lbs. earlier this year. I’ve gained some back. I have plans to lose it again and then some. I’m going to the gym today whether I like it or not. I’m going to try something new with the way I eat also. I’m having lunch for breakfast today. I’ll snack on fruit throughout the day from now until dinner. I’ll eat a light oat bran cereal for dinner 1 hour before I go work out. If I feel hungry, at all, after my work out, I’ll have half a fruit to get rid of the hunger. but if it’s late enough, I’ll just tuck the kids into bed and go to bed myself. Oh, and one more thing, I’ll be drinking lots and lots of water throughout the day.
I’m not trying to lose a ton of weight, i know im not “fat”. at least not by my standards but i would like to feel comfortable with myself and i need to lose a few to do that. :)
50 pounds lost in the last 2 years! =D Now the trick is to keep it off!

I only lost 5 pounds, however, that was enough! I managed to get the Jacket I so longed for yesterday, and it fits great!
