lemmingI'm on track for this
When I got my first job right out of college and crunched the numbers on savings rate, rule of 72 and so forth, I thought I’d be 44. The stock market’s done less well than usual in the interim, but my earnings and savings far outpaced my initial estimates, bringing it in. Woot! I think I’ll hit it at 36.
There’s nothing magical about having $1M net worth—it’s newhere NEAR enough to retire on (especially so young), but it’s still a fun benchmark, so I guess I’ll make it a goal. 1 week ago
