It just seems that I have been eatting a lot of junk! From Ice cream to take out…I need to stop and only have it one in a great while! It will make me happier!

I’m trying to take my lunch to work 2-3 days a week. Sandwiches get old fast. Any suggestions for nukeable homemade food? There’s a public refrigerator there, so preferably things that can last more than one lunch.

I have been so good having small portions of food and counting calories and not eating carbs after 6pm blah blah and then I will stuff my face with chocolate or anything else I can get my grubby little paws on throughout the rest of the day! I don’t have a weight problem although I should do with the amount of junk I eat but after having a baby and feeling like a slob for almost 3 years (during pregnancy and after) I would just like to feel sexy and fab again and loose those last 5 lbs… ho hum!

well, it started out bad, and I haven’t kicked the caffeinated drinks yet, but for lunch, I did have some sauteed veggies, tofu and rice, which is good, right? right lol

Lay off the Snacks 3 years ago

Excercise Regularly and count your calories which is pretty tough for most people. I teach Aerobics and I’m in pretty descent shape but my waste could be better. My problem is that I like snacks to much. I REALLY need to lay off the snacks, especially after 6pm. It is tough when I work out and body is wanting something. My body has also adjusted to exercise so I may have to shock it with something more extreme. However, I’ve seen friends lose by following the exercise and count calories method. So give it a try. Try wlaking, riding a bike or even truying some of the 8 minute or 20 minute workouts for 3 days a week.
