It’s New Years so its a good time to make a resolution to try to learn something new every day. I’m going to track it in a journal and make a concerted effort to get really interested in some new things this year.
I’ll start by just reading out of the Almanac – it’s that easy! Knowing new stuff makes you a more interesting person too. This will be fun

I have two boxes of french vocabulary that I would love to study through.
as I learned french in school I think it is amazing how many words I just need to re-learn-find them in my brun- in some room in my head they are stored- all I have to do is open the brain door.
will try to do half a centimeter every day if possible.
and so in no time in am through and can talk so much better again, when I go to Paris in November.
yay!
I have a job there for a week and its good to be able to talk french!
and I like to get better, again!

in addition to little Daniel, whom I try to help to learn reading, I have now also Cornelia, who is a teenager- having trouble learning English-
and to be honest: I learn a lot from those two kids! (patience, that is, for example) and not waiting for fast results- going a slow,...
altough I really take off the time for them from my little time off, I enjoy having them in my life!
Learn to drive

Its been a long time since i had this in my wish-list.
Most of the times i failed to give it a priority.
But when i felt that it is time to learn, i find somethin else comin up.
This has been going on for yrs.
But now i’ve given it serious thought, and a top priority.
I will do it. i have to join a driving school.
I walk past one almost daily(!), while returning from my classes.
While my classes are still on, i’m planning for walk-ins.
So hope i c my wishlist # go one down. :)
