Waterfalls are one of God’s greatest creations. It was so amazing to have a waterfall shower.

Well, I climbed Dunn’s River Falls in Jamaica and it was wonderful :)

I was taken to a waterfall by some friends and when I saw the bamboo bridge i was like hell no, I am not crossing that, it just look frail; however, while I was standing there trying to talk my self into it I saw this dog just calmly walk across the bridge and then it turned at looked at me as if to say “see”. I just wasn’t going to be beaten by some dog, so I took off my flip flops and very slowly crossed the bridge, my boyfriend had the biggest smile on his face ever and I felt so proud when I got on the other side I had to do a kind of NFL victory dance. We then had to climb some rocks and came to a flat open plain shaded by huge trees, we walked across this plain and the whole area was green, lush and so silent and we saw this little opening through some bamboo and there it was this pool and water rushing down into it from a height i could not make out, the water just seemed to be falling out of the sky. It just really took my breath away, I couldn’t speak and started crying because I felt as if I was in the presence of God and his handiwork, this was way better than Dunns River, way better. I can’t remember how long we all stood there, then one of my friends broke the moment by running straight into the pool with all her clothes on, the spell was broken, I pulled off my dress and walked into that pool so slowly as it was freezing and then I made my way under the falls and my boyfriend joined me, he washed my hair, a truly beautiful moment and one I will never forget, there is more but well I think I ought to leave it at that, this ‘I want to’ is definately worth pursuing.

plus, Red Lodge just got 11 inches of snow, so I wouldn’t want to be naked in any outside water anytime in the near future.

Geothermal waterfall, next to a river. Sitting cross-legged on the bottom. A short float away, the hot water turns into very cool water. A most memorable experience.

yes, i have experienced this more than once, in more than one state! it’s most beautiful on a moonlit night – i highly recommend it, even if it’s only you…..
