go on dates with my husband

such a fun goal. In fact it’s so much fun that there’s really no reason to have this on my goal list. It comes easily. So I’m marking it off but I reserve the right to post on this one from time to time as the mood strikes.

Our most recent date was for Walter’s birthday on Thursday evening. We had a lovely dinner at Anthony’s Homeport at Shilshole Bay. I had the cioppino and Walter had a yummy Dungeness crab fettucine. Can you tell we love seafood?

I’m sure we will find another reason for a date soon. Or maybe we’ll just have one without a reason!

My hubby took us out to a wonderful movie and we had a grand time! Since we’re being more limited in our spending, I really appreciated being able to go out on a date together with my love! ♥

My husband really wanted to take me out to one of our favorite joints since we know that we won’t be able to afford eating out as much now that we have our house. We had such a great time and made a point to really appreciate our meal and time out together ♥

It’s been a tradition with my husband and I to do a “birthday week” where we take a vacay week off and just devote the time to doing whatever the other wants to do! Tomorrow is my husband’s birthday and we’ve been going on dates and just doing anything and everything we can to celebrate! We saw Terminator the other day, went to a wonderful beach and just hung out the next day, trained/exercised and went paddle boarding today, and we’ve been eating out at lots of fun spots in between! Tomorrow is the main day, and then the day after into the weekend, we’re going to take a mini inter-island trip and celebrate some more! We’re having a blast :D

We had our day ‘o fun! Started off with a wonderful breakfast date (over blueberry pancakes), followed by a movie (Star Trek – it was so awesome and I am NOT a Star Trek fan! I would see it again!) and more time spent hanging out together and ending things out with a dinner date :D Tomorrow we plan to continue the fun at the beach ♥

We went on lots of dates; a breakfast date, lunch & dinner dates coupled with shopping (he bought me the cutest pair of slippers with rainbow happy faces on them) and just hanging out together! I love how much fun we always have no matter where we go or how little or much we spend, and how light our moods are. We just laugh and enjoy the beauty of life and each other; I couldn’t ask for more and feel continuously lucky. I want to keep savoring every moment ♥

I have a hard time keeping this goal updated because my husband and I go on quite a bit of dates in a given week! This past weekend, we saw a movie together, and went on a wonderful lunch date where we just talked and talked! I love connecting with him every chance I can and just being together ♥

My husband surprised me last weekend and took me to my favorite spot that makes the best hot wings ever!! He knew how much I’d been craving them, and we had a date there :D It was so fun and very thoughtful of him! ♥

We went on several dates, and also had a movie date night last night! It was fun! We watched “Escape to Witch Mountain” and it was better than expected :D

We had a whirlwind of amazing dates! On Friday night we went to this really cute little outdoor-sy spot and had fresh pizza! The next day we had a date at one of our favorite sushi joints overlooking the ocean, and then went to a wedding together later that night :D And yesterday we had a lunch date, and invited my in-laws out with us and had a blast bonding over family time! I love hanging out with him, we always have the best time :D
