keep my house in good repair and looking nice

Lately, everything has been falling apart. Here are just a few of the repairs & maintenance I have needed lately:

1. Called plumber to fix leak.
2. Called irrigation guy again to fix sprinkler system.
3. Called pool guy because water was behind liner, drain pipe was leaking somewhere.
4. Had handyman pressure wash selected portions of house/fence and paint a few doorframes. Also had him clean gutters and garage.
5. Carpet cleaned.

Would anything else like to break? No, shhhhh, forget I asked.

and pine straw out. Yay!

for the house and fence. I got our sometime handyman to do this for us, and it looks great.

He also cleaned out the gutters.

Tomorrow, he is coming back to help me clean out the garage and to pressure wash its floor.

I had this done 2 years ago, and again this year. I am thinking every year or 2 should do it.
