So we know several things. When we don’t eat, our body goes into starvation mode storing calories as fat to be used later. When I eat breakfast, I start my metabolism in the morning, which gives me more energy, more clarity of thought and balanced emotions, and makes me want to eat during the day rather than keeping me up late at night and hungry.
Yesterday was day one.
a donut for breakfast, and 2 pieces of toast for lunch.
Not the greatest health food, but at least I managed to gag something down. When I go shopping I’ll get fruit and soy milk and cereal for breakfasts. 6 years ago
