Well, I am definitely NOT doing the diet, I know I don’t need it. P90x makes me feel great! I finished phase 1 a week ago. I stopped for a week because I was on vacation. Phase 2 starts tomorrow for me! I love feeling healthy and strong!

How I did it: by the program (Except for the nutrition guide which i didnt have)

could not do any pull ups
by end of program was doing 120 + pull ups!

I saw this on TV and was inspired. It didn’t look like some exercise machine gimmick, just a good strong workout. I’m very inspired to do it because my 5 year college reunion is this June as my friend’s wedding is this August and I was to look like I’m in top shape. I haven’t started with their food plan but intend to since I know I also need to curb my eating habits to get the best effects. Let’s hope I bring it!

so far i’ve stuck with the program, including the diet (which for me is the hardest part to stick to). i really want to commit for the full 90 days to see what i could look like if i worked out that much and didn’t inhale as much junk as i used to. i’m on day 12 and loving it so far…

I had started P90X a while back and stoped using it when I moved and never picked it back up. Now I have decide to join the Fire Department and tryouts will be in approx. 2 monthes…...time to put P90X to the test! I have never been large but I have been very defined when I used to box and I was a VERY fast distance runner when I was in the Air Force so if I am correct about muscle memory then P90X should make me into a beast in 90 days (hopefully 60 for the sake of my tryouts lol). Once a week I will be posting pics of myself for 1)to show everyone the results and for 2)to keep myself motivated because I don’t want anyone to see a still skinny me in 90 days lol. I will not however be following the nutrition guide but will rather be eating healthy low fat and sodium and high protien meals cooked in a slow cooker and taking six star creatine and protein shakes. P.S.-My applogies to everyone for having to see my ultra white bod lol

I bought the dvds in september or october and never seemed to stick with it. I’ve ony made it through 5 full days of the program. I tried to pick up between then and now and usually do 1 or 2 days and get sore and wait for healing…procrastination and life takes over and ruins it.
For my 2009 resolution, I will complete the program and get my weight back in check.
What’s up everybody? I’ve just started and finish day 1 of the p90x and that was torture. (Pain, Pain, Pain) Now, must I follow the diet plan that came with the package or can i just eat regularly with moderate servings.
