i’m doing 20 girl push ups a day in good form. As soon as I can do 20 real push ups I’ll mark this complete.

I'm still doing "girly ones" ['cause I'm a girl ;p] up till now.
and after first month I have invented my own system [that's how I like - improve thing to my own point of living],
for example: for the last coupe of week I'm doing them every day, mostly in the evening, in this order 12+10+12+10 [the brakes between each series is ~1min, then I stretch myself]

I’ve managed to be able to do the two sets of girl-style push-ups (i.e. knee push-ups) during the “30 Day Shred”: Level 1 workout, but I want to be able to do at least a few properly.
This article, Getting Passed [sic] ‘Girl’ Push-Ups, looks interesting. Even if it should be getting PAST Girl push-ups. :L

So I did 15 girly ones, but they were sloppy. I need to keep this up because even a week or two can really set you back.

I did 14 girly ones yesterday! I think after I can do 20 of those that I’m ready to try the real deal!

I am pretty thrilled- I tried on my lunch and managed 10 girly push ups! Woohoo! I feel stronger when I do them; it’s a good feeling. Next time I will do at least 11, baby! Hopefully, by keeping this up, this will make my arms look much more toned in time to wear the strapless Bride’s Maid gown in my sister’s wedding in August.
