dottiemama is envisioning a better future
Saw DR. about this. She says there is very little fat tissue there… mostly just stretched out skin. Which, sadly, she said would never be flat again unless I have a tummy tuck. Sigh.
But she said it is OK for me to start doing light crunches to tighten the muscles. I think I’ll try doing them before bed every night. That’s the only time I can develop any kind of routine…

After two kids it’s all flabby, but I’m not exactly sure what to do about it. I experienced a small hernia a few years ago while taking a water aerobics class and had to undergo surgery. So now I’m a little scared of sit-ups and stuff. I can still feel that little bump. But I’m also tired of have a little podge that hangs over my pants. The stretch marks are bad enough. Made an appointment with my doctor for this Friday to talk about it.
