How I did it: I think I eat because I'm either:
a. Bored,
b. Stressed, or
c. (much more rarely,) Hungry.
Then, I eat too much. I have the same appetite I had when I was younger/running/etc...but now I have a different lifestyle/metabolism etc.
So I'm wondering if I should just keep it simple, and try to c. eat when hungry....and then not eat so much.
