can be awfully long, but once they start playing the movies and bringing food and snacks it starts becoming bearable. I once watched all 3 movies they showed in a row. Never slept for a minute on a Chicago-Frankfurt flight.

I’ve never even been in an airport… I think it’s time to change that.

I have an intense fear of heights and I have never been on an airplane because of it. There are so many places that I could have traveled to if I didn’t have this life altering phobia. I want so desperately to conquer it!!!

It wasnt as bad as I thought it was going to be.I am not however impressed with Atlanta Hartsfield.I did like some of the ecclectic art and the cloudy looming of Rainier of Sea-Tac.I will be meeting PDX soon:-)

Yes its true.Ive never flown before. No reason really,we have just always driven everywhere. But in the new year I have some plans that will include flying.I cant wait to have the experience:-) I always think of that Alanis Morissette song.
“Mr. play it safe was afraid to fly
He packed his suitcase and kissed his kids goodbye
He waited his whole damn life to take that flight
And as the plane crashed down he thought
“well isn’t this nice…”
And isn’t it ironic… don’t you think?”

The first time I ever went on a plane was last summer to Mexico. I was with a group of people that I had met before but didn’t know very well. It took four plane rides to get there and back. It was surprisingly not scary at all. It was kind of fun and was much quicker than driving. Plus, we even got bumped to first class on one of the flights.
