Howie Day is currently my Top Artist on LastFM, that surprised me. Still trying to describe this as one of those Crash Moments that I so enjoy – and while I do that I’ll just listen to “Collide”

As is always the case, my account name on there is JoeMayer. I’ve not been really active yet, but at least they’ve managed to find me some “neighbors.” Once I start listening to some of the off the wall stuff in the collection, I’m sure that group will change a fair amount. We’ll see how it goes…

Creating an account like this can be really strange since the music I really like is so varied.
On yahoo music “my station” was an interesting listen – it was not uncommon to jump from Dinah Washington to Linkin Park to Lifehouse to Lily Allen back to Frank then the Cranberries. Oh yeah, and there is nothing quite like “God Bless The Child” being followed by the Dixie Chicks “Sin Wagon” (themes and genres all over the place – like a really bad church pot luck)
We’ll see how LastFM goes.
