Mission accomplished!
If I can maintain this for a month, I’m buying myself boxing gloves.

i’m drinking more water, but i dont know how much. i just need to keep it up.
i used to be so good at drinking water throughout the day, but not anymore. i will start tomorrow by trying to drink at least 8 glasses. it shouldnt be too hard, the only things i drink other than water are coffee and beer at night for dinner.
It certainly makes a difference in my day to day performance.
I no longer feel like a dried up husk after each tanning session.
Staying hydrated with water also helps me keep a much clearer head in the rather uncomfortable conditions I work under. Far better then drinking sweetened beverages that just increase my chances of heat stroke. I’ve seen about a third of my co-workers pass out already this summer. That I have not is quite fortuitous.
Final thoughts : By sating my thirst with water I find myself less inclined to partake in energy drinks and soda. There by avoiding the unhealthy chemicals and sugar found in each. On top of lowering my chances of having certain diseases in the future; I find myself feeling much healthier right now.
A commendable, attainable, and worthy goal. :D
is this so Freakin’ hard. Is there anyone who does this naturally? I hate going through my day constantly thinking, “I need to drink more water.” Why is it easier to drink soda, tea, wine etc than water. We are mostly water, it should be natural for us to drink it, even crave it.
But then I have to pee every 3 minutes, only after drinking 1 glass.
I’ve successfully done this, and much more. I’ve been drinking 3 liters of water a day for the past 2 weeks. :) I’m proud.
my friend told me she can drink 3 liters of water a day.. is that healthy? or… no?
but in other words.. i realllly want to start drinking a lot of water. i would; if only we were allowed to drink anything in school! only in the cafeteria, so it stinks :(
I stopped drinking water so I wouldn’t have to potty so much, but I need to start drinking water again.
