SUNDAY:Up at 5:30am, eat one yogurt,drink nothing but water and milk. Run 1.5mi (time it), Start Pull-ups (im weak i can do one as of now but im going to fix that), jog home, lift weights, and play a physical game.
MONDAY:day off
TUESDAY:School Day, so up at 4:30am eat one yogurt, drink some water and go do suicides. run around the block 3-4 times. go outback and lift some weights. participate in gym. after gym dont change, just play wall volleyball.
WEDNESDAY:4:30am eat one yogurt, drink some water and go do curl ups (at least 300) do in place warm ups, bicicle, toe touch, jumping jacks, body weight bends, push ups, what ever pops into your mind. participate in gym. after gym play game
THURSDAY:repeat tuesday
FRIDAY:up at 4:30am eat one yogurt, drink some water and go do at least 200 sit ups, lift wieghts, go to chuckies house and run his back yard from half an hour (mess for jumping) shower by 6:20 participate in gym play gym for last 15 minutes
SATURDAY:up at 5:30am eat a yogurt and go running with angle weights, then do pull ups and hanged arm flex. go to gym with daddy

I need to get up every morning and do it before my daughter wakes up….. then I don’t have to wory about it for the rest of the day! So far 2 days…
