Manicure my nails every week.

i got a voucher for a pro manicure on my bday and i used it yesterday. it is so boring to sit there and be surounded by women that give me shivers – the ones who seem to be made different than me. they sit there like there is nothing more important in life but the pink nails. and the size of their nails can knock you off your feet! i mean i am not a housewife and i do not do much work but my nails never ever grow that long. maybe they turn into witches at night or something? they are little Barbie girls and i always feel too awkward in such places. doh!
but the nice manicure i wear now – classy! it was worth the hassle :)

my finger nails are red and it makes me smile :) i am not so great with this goal and i worry about it. so i will add this to my New Year resolutions and make it a habit to take more care of my hands in 2009 :)

i did come good :) did my toe and finger nails and painted them nicely. jeez, i am so good :) LOL :)

i find it beautiful. i was doing quite well and looking after my nails but then i suddenly lost interest and now i need to start doing it again. once a week. not so hard, ah? i mean the thing that puts me off most is i can’t sit still and always kill all the work i’ve done. so i will be patient and my nails will be beautiful :)

I love having clean, nice looking nails. I feel so pretty just looking at my hands! :) Funny how the little things help us feel good.

My nails have not been tended to correctly and are dry and brittle . This is not very attractive for a person that works with the public and has to look good all around.. This is more of a reminder to myself not to get lazy about the details of looking professional….
