I love yoga. I love the way it makes me feel. I love the way it clears my mind. So why do I practice for a week or two, then stop for a month, then start…?! Aaaarrrggh. I need to practice consistently, starting today! My 7 year old daughter LOVES practicing yoga with me, so the goal is double: become consistent in my own practice for improved health and peace, and to spend time one on one with my daughter in something we both enjoy.
