take a baking class

I’ve always loved baking and I’m pretty good at it. But I want to make something beautiful like a 3 tiered wedding cake or chocolate brownies with creamy home made fudge on the inside. I’ve done both of those things but I want to be able to make it breathetaking. :)

Monday night is baking night! I signed up for a class at a hotel school three weeks ago and so far it has been lots of fun. Not only do they teach us how to bake cakes but also different types of bread, croissants, pizza and pudding. There are nine people in my group and every week somebody brings wine and snacks for during the break. My colleagues at work are also very happy because they can taste the fruits of my hard work on Tuesday.
