Okay I haven’t lost any weight.Not sure if I have gained either.So I will leave this to finish by NEXT June haha. My first goal to losing weight is to..stop drinking pop.If i crave one it must be diet.

220 pounds !!! Thats my wght. I just turned around and I got fat! Okay sure i went thru a divorce.. almost 2 years ago! ..and from a man I cant stand so theres no excuse! I came home back with my family and I gained 30 pounds! I am so upset by this tho. If I plan to lose 50 pounds by june I really need to kick things up a notch. Of all my goals this should be the hardest. I will start a new diet plan on jan 3rd on i-village. Who knows maybe this will work? lol 130 would be nice for summer…
My goal is to lose 50 pounds by June. I want to begin my journey with the Atkins’ diet, because I know for a fact that I need to see quick results in order for me to continue and to be motivated in losing weight. After Atkins I would like to eat only fruit and vegetables to cleanse my body of things it doesn’t need. All the while, I will be exercising every other day, doing one hour of cardio and maybe some lifting if I can get to it. I think that is all for now. I’m going to need as much support as I can get but in the mean time, here are my reasons for losing weight:
1) Feel better mentally and physically
2) To improve my chances of living
3) To look good so that people will stare at my good looks
4) So I can wear clothes that look and make me feel good.
5) So people won’t make fun of me for being thick.
6) To improve my feelings for myself, to have better esteem…
What I won’t do:
1) I will not eat late at night. For me that is usually after 11 p.m, due to the fact I do not go to bed until 4 a.m.
2) Limit my sweet intakes to a one day thing out of the week to reward myself for sticking to my diet regime.
