help children

Teaching sunday school now! Teaching Christ to children…what better way to help them

I have been working at an elementary school for about 6 months now. I got a job in the extended resource room. I absolutely love my job because i get such satisfaction in helping the children everyday and knowing that i am making a difference in their lives. I hope to work here for a while and maybe go back to school to be a teacher????? we’ll see :) A few teachers and parents at the school have thanked me and told me how great i am with the kids and that is probably one of the best things anyone could say to me! It makes me feel like i was put on this earth for a reason.

I’ve written a book about my foster parenting experiences, which taught me how bad all the foster care systems really are and how children with unconcerned or uncaring parents (on drugs, of course) really suffer. I’m trying to get this book into the hands of people in state governments that deal with children’s issues, so if anyone can help, I would love it.
