I definitely admire Waterfall Nymph’s spunk and think her personal challenge would be a great motivator. I know I would work hard on getting to my goal weight if I was going to have to run a 5K in a sports bra with no t-shirt. Here’s my birthday wishes for her for the coming year:

May she always find the motivation to continue her progress from the couch to the 5K running plan. May family continue to be an important part of her life, and her an important part in theirs (especially with her nephew). And may the house chores not seem like chores so that they can be accomplished, particularly cleaning out the garage. 6 years ago
