After more reflexion on the subject and looking at my budget, I think there is no point in me paying what I am currently paying when I actually manage to go to the gym once a week or less.
It is actually more viable for me to get my zumba lessons on a pay and go basis rather than getting a membership somewhere.
So no gym 3 times a week, as I can’t do it. And I shall get the zumba classes from elsewhere to save money and still get exercise. 7 months ago
Glad to be hitting the gym back again, and quite amazed on how my body is in pain from it!
Went for a run on Tuesday, and my legs were absolutely killing me 2 days later. Now yesterday, got to play soft ball with colleagues in the park and my all body is suffering from it!
It’s good to be back for sure, but quite painful. No pain, no gain… and need to get back in shape! 11 months ago
January over, and I’ve manage to keep this goal for 3 out of 4 weeks, which isn’t bad! Now if only I could lose weight too… 15 months ago
I have been super rubbish at this and haven’t been for god knows how long (partly through laziness, partly through embarrassment after being shitty to some idiot who lost me a machine and well, it doesn’t matter really but I was a dick), however I’m pleased to learn that 6:30 – 8:30 in the evening has been designated as Women’s Only time on the weight machines. This makes me very happy, and although I doubt I’ll make it there for the 3 sessions (I’m busy in the week quite a lot for the next few weeks) it is a future encouragement, as is the cold weather, I must have some kind of Inuit/Nordic ancestry because I love it when it’s Winter and function so much better! 19 months ago
