Finally arranged to add the gym to my schedule 3 times a week, now it’s no problem to actually go 3 times a week. Will probably soon be done
How to go to the gym 3 times a week
How I did it: just decided it was now or never, after having tried to keep it up in the past - it's obviously an ongoing thing that you don't ever complete, but i just wanted to prove to myself i could actually keep going with something . . i feel fitter and more flexible and can see a slow gradual change in my body shape. I go first thing in the morning - i work from home so it gives the day structure and gets me up and out of the house. I have a beach holiday booked for August so thats my goal!!!!!!!
Lessons & tips: Stay focused focused focused . . don't even let a hint of an excuse as to why you cannot go enter your mind.

I’ve been going for the past 6 months, i’m doing great. I’m really happy with the results..
Instead on going to the gym i woke up at 9:00am and went to long island to help my girlfriends sister start her new business. it was alot of hard work, i guess! the next day is Thursday!
i got this!! lol

Yeah it’s hard when you’re in college sometimes. I’m either too busy or too tired to want to do anythiong else but sleep
I’ve gone 3X a week for a month. I’m glad I was able to do this, because I know it’s good for me. However, I have to admit I don’t enjoy exercising at all and I don’t feel any better (except perhaps in the way that it feels better once you STOP banging your head against a wall).
So I will definitely continue going 3x a week for the forseeable future, unless I am on vacation (my gym is in the office) or I quit my job or get sick or break any bones or have to work 80+ hours a week next tax season or die. I think that pretty much covers it.
jenni is awesome.
i’ve been doing this, and i’ve also been seeing results. that makes me want to go even more.
