soak in a hot tub

My lower back is aching today for some reason. Maybe soaking in a hot tub will help.

It was at my friend’s house, after my birthday party at TGI Fridays.

At like 11 pm, in the middle of February.

Awesome.

I love my hot tub. The place I rent has a small one in the back great for 2 to 4 people who don’t mind getting a little close. I try and soak at least once a month but more like twice a week would be nicer.

well, didn’t do the hot tub, but while on the cruise, i sure got into the whirlpool and stayed there; LOVED IT!!!

I have chronic lower back problems so soaking my back frequently is something that I enjoy. Although I do not have a hot tub, my little tub that I have suits me well. When I go to the spa though, I get in the hot tub and I allow the water jets to massage my back. It is invigorating!

I specifically bought a bathing suit for this upcoming cruise and hope to make my debut in that tub soon; so hopefully this will become a thing of the past REAL soon;

I just had my first hot tub soak in several years… so relaxing. I highly recommend grabbing some great girlfriends and a bottle of wine before hopping in, we had great conversation.

would be so great right about now! A hot bath or a jacuzzi, with the jets & bubbles…that would be so relaxing!
