I’m going to go ahead and say I’ve gotten this done, seeing as how I only eat pasta when my parents make it. Any other time I eat vegetables and the like.
I’ve definitely been eating less pasta. But I don’t know about more vegetables. Today I had 2 eggs, 1 bowl of tomato soup, 1 mushroom lovers’ veggie burger, and a baked potato with cheese, sour cream and A1 sauce.
So I guess the majority of it’s vegetables, but I still don’t think it’s enough/the right kind.
I’m eating less than I was during the school year, but I’m also moving around less. So I need to start eating even less, and doing more.
I plan on asking my parents if I can get a new bathing suit their next pay check and swimming in my pool at least a couple days a week. But idk if they’ll let me. I’ve been spending a lot of money on shows lately and I have more coming up that I want to go to.
I guess I can swim in my old swimming suit if I’m just in my back yard, though.
I eat way too much pasta! So far all I’ve done is switch to Whole Wheat pasta which isn’t a bad thing but I still have pasta about twice every week.
I always make it when my parents aren’t home because its so easy and it tastes so amazing.
Ah the carbs
I know pasta can be a healthy part of any diet, but I don’t like eating as much of it as I do. So I’m going to try and eliminate most pasta out of my diet.
