She has an amazing voice and this album truly highlights it. I have listened to this one so many times over the years I think her words are embedded in my brain.

I am not a fan of newer Metallica. I prefer the older, grittier stuff and Ride the Lightning has got to be my favorite. If I need an energy boost this album certainly can give it to me.

This is a truly amazing, almost timeless album. This is another discovery from my youth and will always remain my favorite Pink Floyd album.

I can’t remember the exact place I was the first time I heard this album, but it was another life changing album. I remember riding around in my friend’s car with her, windows rolled down, music up and singing with the music. I have purchased other releases, but this will always be my favorite.

This is the first Sublime album I purchased and it changed my life. I’ve bought many since then (including the box set), but this is where it all started for me. I could listen to this one over and over again.

Muse - HAARP

This album is a favorite of mine partly because the live CD came with a live DVD from their Wembley Stadium perfomance last June. I just watched it again last night.

I am a huge Muse fan and while this is not the first album I purchased by them (Sing for Absolution was my first) this is probably my favorite. I have listened to it hundreds of times. It amazes me what Matthew Bellamy can do with his voice and they all have so much energy. Truly an amazing band. I’ve had the pleasure to see them 3 times live and that is still not enough.

I love, love, LOVE Erasure. I love all of their albums, but this is a good best of collection with most of my faves on it. It is impossible for me to be in a bad mood when I am listening to Erasure. They make me that happy.

As opposed to Staring at the Sea (the CD version). I own both and bought the CD to replace my well played cassette many years ago, without realizing that not all the songs on the cassette were on the CD. Although I did find out recently that I can obtain all those songs in CD format on a the B sides and Rarities Box set. All the songs from my beloved Japanese Whispers is on there too!
Maybe Santa will bring it for Christmas if I ask nicely. :o)
