 How I did it: It took a lot of planning and a lot of waiting, but I finally managed to go to Switzerland and a bunch of other places while backpacking through Europe after graduation. |

How I did it: Well the seed was planted with a teen penpal. He lived in Switzerland and it was fun writing him for a few years. Then as an adult, I thought why not call and see if I can get in touch with him? I was in Geneva and it made for a fun day trip to meet his parents and see the mysterious address I had written letters to. It’s been my dream to visit this place for at least 5 years now. Listing the things here and working on it may help out – lets see.
What drives me crazy to visit is may be, the Hindi Movie – DDLJ, Roger Federer and Greenery.

I experience the world’s best chocolate every time I eat Lindt chocolate. I just HAVE TO visit this place. The chocolate is WONDERFUL! Specifically the Lindor Truffles. I would give up a king size candy bar to have 1 Lindor Truffle. Absolutely awesome!
I have a friend who lives over in Switzerland who keeps asking me to go and visit him. I can’t afford it right now, but i definitely will do it before i die….hopefully. I’ve never seen snow….how sad is that?
I stayed in an Italian influenced place in Switzerland, and it was absolutely beautiful. I went to castles with no tourists other than myself and the people I was with, there isn’t a single spot in town that is not picturesque, and you can walk anywhere or take the bus.
And plenty of hot, well-dressed guys.
Oh, and if you’re looking for shopping as well, it’s a brilliant place for it. We also drove to the top of a mountain in about 2 hours or so, barely any tourists at all, and hiked a bit.
an easy way to do it is to be an aupair nanny. I did, and I loved it. Geneva is great.
