I recently read the Zen Habits article 25 Killer Actions to Boost Your Self-Confidence. Item 5 is to kill negative thoughts. In the past I’ve been hiding or censoring negative thoughts and keeping them inside. There’s no need for that. I might as well just get rid of the negativity outright. 4 years ago
