Either buy an ipod or make a CD or buy a CD with songs that will harshly motivated me as I approach the last 1.5 km of a 5 km race. I have a few song ideas… in fact, I made a list so I could narrow the genre, and tempo of songs.

So far I have some in a binder in plastic sleeves.
I should have one binder for baking, and one for cooking.
Another idea to use index cards, and put them into a photo album (4×6 cards). I like this idea. Could keep them tidy in a small space.
Have one section for tried recipes, and another for want to try recipes.
Organize it seasonally: winter soups, summer grilling
Body Measures – dress size, waist, hips, neck, arms, fitting into favorite clothes
Performance – more endurance during exercise, doing them at a higher level, jumping higher, walking longer, running faster, playing a sport better
General Feeling – rate energy level, rate attitude and outlook, track how often you feel very sleepy during the day, rate your confidence level
Health *– blood pressure, cholesterol level, blood sugar level
Intangibles *– how you look, compliments you receive, how others respond to you
