be able to keep my mouth shut

I need to learn how to do this. I give my opinion about everything without realising that I should stay silence.

Sometimes by keeping your mouth shut when provoked for a reaction the other person keeps poking and prodding and eventually boils in their own pudding.

I realized that I have to learn this very fast. I can’t begin work without being able to keep my mouth shut… It’s a basic rule. Any ideas of how I can achieve this?

I just keep doing it, my friends call it honesty, I call it not having any quality control between brain and mouth.

I talk too much about everything!. Sometimes I think people bored.
But it’s imposbile keep my mouth shut… I love words, comunication, talk, etc, etc.!!!!

I can keep a secret. I can guard confidential information with no problem. I can even keep my opinion to myself, sometimes. I drop non-sequiturs all the time, though.
