BenLydiat is getting better
I’ve been writing songs and singing for a long time now and i have played at two gigs at open mic sort of nights but i would really like to either record and make an album myself or have it done proffessionally.
I’m not that good at guitar but i think im a pretty good lyricist. If I did have an album the tracklist would be:
1.CitySong
2.Dont let me wake
3.Bigup My Mandem
4.JPRV
5.Wasteman
6.My Request
7.Dans Ballad
8.Greek Tragedy
9.Raise
10.PrettyTune
anyone want to record and publish me? Hahaha well i can always hope
B.
I got on with this! I’ve just been inspired and possibly shocke dinto making an album – because the time i’ve wasted, what I should have already done, the intricancies of sound I now want to create compared to what I had already created…I planned to have it done by this month but that hasn’t happened because I have dedicated no time to it. I am no lyricist and no great musician but I think I can create something special. I hope so. I don’t want to lose my faith but I don’t want to hide behind the idea that ‘i could create something good’ – I want to do it. I want to be proactive! I need to be much more committed to my instruments too because I want to start learning unique instruments later on!
Ive been Producing beats for 3 years an Rapping for 2.

Only about a month ago did I get serious with the idea of making my own Album, now I’m going all out. I’m not only going to be creating my own Album (All original beats/rhymes)
I’m going to be producing for a group called The Schoolyard Hu$tlers which consists of 2 other MCs an me the MC/Producer.
And I will be Producing an Album for another friend of mine.
And I’m currently working on finishing up extended fams Mixtape. It’s going to be all of us, 4 dudes on the same mixtape rhyming over the best beats of the last current years.
My equipment is garbage, but my crib is the local recording studio for my hood. All I got is a $5 mic, an a bunch of bootleg programs an samples. This is more than enough for us to make that piff, an for the mixtapes it will be fine.
I will re-record the Albums at a real studio once I complete them on my Home Studio I will re-do them again.
Here are my motivations for making Music.
1. To tell people my story.
2. Lyrically, an Musically I am gifted.
3. To help others.
Alright, I’m out, in 6 months I’ll update the status, right now I’m just writing, producing an recording all day every day!

Well, after a long long time waiting, I’ve finally got my computer sorted out with the right software, and I’ve ordered a decent mic, which will hopefully arrive shortly. I can finally start recording some music! I have a ton of ideas now, and can’t wait to get to work!
Here’s what I need to do:
1. organize music I’ve already written / recorded
2. get music situation settled in new house
3. write / record more songs
4. amass track list
5. maybe contact producer / mixer
6. work on cover art
7. done
Well, it’s been a while since my last entry on this subject. We didn’t get much done in the studio, and now Matt is doing his own thing with his college band, though I’m sure he’s still open to doing music with me as well. Either way, I’ve lately been focusing on writing my own music a lot, particularly on my Guitar Pro program. It’s meant to be for tabbing really, but it’s a very good means to composing as well. Most of what I’ve got is just ideas, but that’s enough for now. Once I’m in a comfortable environment where I can record freely I’ll make an album or two hopefully.
I’ve loved music ALL MY LIFE! I started singing for fun about 14 with a friend, I haven’t turned back yet… I’d love to make an album and show off my talents to the world!!
