but I think I might be too far gone to do this now. I’d like to say that it’s still possible, but the hurley burley of life’s victories and tragedies have attached to my scalp like Hellraiser needles.
Never say never, but I’m too far away from this goal to even look at it.

i actually was lucky enough to take a class (i got school credit for this mind you) in which i meditated with about 25 people…we did walking meditation and mindfulness meditation while seated…it was excellent to do it with people…after the meditation we could ask questions about what we were experiencing…having an instructor who’d been doing this for dozens of years was a blessing, to say the least

Went did meditation as a group at a family’s place in Santa Clara, CA

Was a great experience, pushed the limit of how long I can sit (60 minutes instead of the usual 20) and the experience was great.
Will keep an eye for similar opportunites in and around Bellevue, WA
