I hated to do it, but Rosco did learn quickly and now we don’t have to worry about him following his nose too far away.

I paid a guy to build the fence and he was a horrible, unreliable, annoying contractor. So I guess my advice is not to go with the lowest bid if you decide to pay someone else to build your fence. Also, don’t underestimate the cost of materials.
