create a podcast

...with this Podcast. I’m very sure it’s the sound card. The software is fine, the microphone and sound board are fine. It might be the sound card driver, the settings, I don’t know. The problem is this: if I record with any microphone or any software, it records fine, but the playback is speeded up. Any ideas?

I received PodcastStudio for Christmas. I am working on figuring out all the settings.

I have never done a podcast by myself but I think that my students would really like it. We do an egg to chick unit of study in the spring. I think the final project should be a class podcast with facts and pictures about eggs and chickens.

hopefully. I did my first podcast! Nothing big and complicated but I did it. As Ido more I would like to expand and use a site that gives me more options in the way of using background music etc. But I have started. :)

It is on anxiety disorders. If anyone wants to hear it let me know. :)

All it says is “Hello World.” That’s as creative as it gets people.

I worked in radio years ago, so I’m used to taking into a mic…but somehow doing a podcast is different. Actually it is very easy, although there are things you need to know. Thankfully, there is lots of good info on the Internet…you just have to find it. I put lots of link at http://del.icio.us/jahurst/podcast One is a podcast on podcasting, with an accompanying blog post and photos – very helpful.

Now…not only have I podcasted (okay…it was junk), but I’ve gotten a client to do it too. We set up a studio, did training, created documentation, and they are off and running!
