I’m drinking an average of three cups of peppermint green a day. It’s hard when I work because I just drink coffee before and during my shift to stay awake, but hopefully with my current health kick I’ll have enough energy to replace the coffee. 4 years ago
I’ve been a avid tea drinker since middle school. I’m now 24, well… in two weeks. I can say that Green Tea is amazing. It tastes great and is sooo healthy for you. Green Tea has about 1/4 as much caffeine as coffee, so it’s healthier in that respect too. I don’t go for the decaf Green Tea, because they usually uses nasty chemicals to decaffeinate them. A natural way is to pour the water over the bag and then wait 10-30 seconds, dump the mug of tea, and then re-pour and drink after steeping. This helps reduce caffeine, but also eliminates most of the antioxidant benefits. Just take 4-5 cups per day straight up. Warm. Also, adding sugar negates the health fact. If you must, use honey instead. Also try various herbal tisanes, or “teas”. They’re good too, though not the same as Green Tea. Green Tea is amazing! 4 years ago
I really do think that green tea is the miracle natural drug. It helps digestion and is full of anti oxidents. So it keeps your immune system high. Like I never get sick ever… I usually do drink green tea every day I just want to keep it up. If I’m still doing it in May then I’ll post. I’ve done this. yay 4 years ago
