...took “table tennis” as a class in college. It met my Physical Education requirement with the least amount of sweat. (I’m not the athletic type!)
First thing is play enven more.
Second thing is learn to play in the left.
Third and last is improve the bolar.
It is one of the easiest sports to just pick up and start doing. That is, if you have a table, paddle, and opponent. It’s a fast game, perfect for playing before you go to work or school. It’s a sport that you don’t need a coach to learn how to play and have fun. If you have the money to buy a table and a paddle, and you have some willing friends, totally give it a try.
