are my two favorite types of meditation. It’s all about doing little things for yourself and appreciating them along the way. I think that I’ve learned how to slow down when I need to, although that’s not always an easy task. But really and truly, there’s no better meditation than driving a convertible when the weather is beautiful. :):):)

Reading, gardening, being outdoors, listening to the birds’ singing, walking, running, having intelligent conversations, grounding, being still, being in the moment, focusing on the inner spirit, focusing on a flame of a candle, imagining water when you take a shower being cleansing, listening to a rain, listening to music, writing, painting, photography….You, as a creator, create your own meditation.

I need to focus on the flame. Deep breath.

Gardening is a great way to meditate. The only thing is my thigh and butt muscles hurt like hell today because of yesterday’s gardening activities :) I feel like I’m walking around on some sort of sticks. It kinda hurts to even sit down up straight in my chair. Oh well, it was well worth it. Now as long as those damn nets don’t bother me as much. Or better, leave me the hell alone. At least mosquitos are not out yet. They LOVE ME. I guess being sweet has its drawbacks. :P:P:P I’m just kidding. I’m really a bitch in disguise. ;]

:) I can feel the wind brushing against my cheek. I take a deep breath of clean and pure air. I can smell the grass and hear its wisper. I become part of all as it becomes part of me. We are one.
