back up all my music

Not so long ago I had some problem with my laptop battery when i went abroad. Gave it for repair to a computer shop. They repaired the battery problem, but also uninstalled my norton antivirus program and installed some other shit, saying there were 200 virus in it. that’s so bullshit because my norton was up-to-date and they must have some monetary interest in installing that shit program.

when i went home. i found out that many of my important programs got deleted because that program was ‘fixing viruses’. and also all of my 30,000 songs i used to play through iTunes got locked files forever.. because iTunes lost some important program files. I have been trying to find solution.. tried everything. no use.

All my music is lost :(

a big lesson for me. now i’ll have to start my collection again, organise it… and this time I WILL BACK UP ALL MY MUSIC on an external device!

I used to think millions of cds in my living room made me awesome… until i found the coolest chair i’ve ever seen and realized it won’t fit unless i pack up the cds i don’t even listen to anymore… so i’m backing them up on my external hard drive but it’s going to take forever.

and then i guess sell the least important ones on ebay or something… yes
