What a great reminder that God knows and cares.

Matthew 18:32-35 (NASB)

32 Then summoning him, his lord said to him, "You wicked slave, I forgave you all that debt because you pleaded with me."

33 "Should you not also have had mercy on your fellow slave, in the same way that I had mercy on you?"

34 And his lord, moved with anger, handed him over to the torturers until he should repay all that was owed him.

35 My heavenly Father will also do the same to you, if each of you does not forgive his brother from your heart.

Ephesians 4:32

32 Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you.

I write in them once and then hide them so no one can find them.
I’m really good at hiding things … lol

I started keeping a prayer journal two days ago. I usually find it hard to capture my thoughts and put them on paper because I think about so many things ALL the time. Whenever I attempt to keep a journal, I read my entries a few days later and rip them up because they sound stupid. But I really need this prayer journal, so no matter what I write in it, I will not rip it up or cross anything out.
So far so good :)

Jeremiah 31:31-34 (New International Version)

31 "The time is coming," declares the LORD, 
      "when I will make a new covenant 
      with the house of Israel 
      and with the house of Judah.

32 It will not be like the covenant 
      I made with their forefathers 
      when I took them by the hand 
      to lead them out of Egypt, 
      because they broke my covenant, 
      though I was a husband to them, " 
      declares the LORD.

33 "This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel 
      after that time," declares the LORD. 
      "I will put my law in their minds 
      and write it on their hearts. 
      I will be their God, 
      and they will be my people.

Maybe a week ago I noticed this.
Everyday I see it..
Only today does it really hit me ..

Today, I find this..everyday it seems to fit. I was walking along, feeling lifted and good. Why do I wander, it won’t be finished until I get to the other side. That was another message I recieved last night.
I’m not there yet, it’s a long walk and the Lord gives me many breaks. Take them .

Romans 8:37
Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.

If God’s Word says that we are more than conquerors through Christ, then we are. We are not going to become, we already are. We may be experiencing some failures or setbacks in life right now, but only good will come out of our situations because God says that “in all these things we are more than conquerors”.
