I’m going to brush my teeth each day at least 2 or 3 times a day.
boosterjuicegirl being bad feels pretty good
How I did it: This was kind of lame goal, I'm kinda just glad it's off my list now haha. damn materialism. Just buy crest whitestrips, job done. ;)It's really quite a lot simpler than it seems, and works really well. My teeth weren't even sensitive. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I did a one hour Zoom! laser whitening. It takes 3 rounds of 15 minutes a piece with a supposedly cool laser. They warn you about potential 'sensitivity'. The word sensitivity is completely inadequate to describe the pain that can potentially occur. I could barely get through the 15 minute rounds. Your teeth become increasingly painful throughout. I was on the verge of stopping early. First a few caveats;1. I do not suffer from sensitive … Read how I did it…
How I did it: I used Crest Whitestrips Premium. I've tried others before, like Equate whitestrips (they were cheaper) but I didn't like how thick and plastic-y they were. The Crest strips were thin and comfortable. I got the seven-day pack but my teeth are sensitive so I could only do it once a day, making the entire process last fourteen days. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I bought the basic Crest Whitestrips package at the drugstore for $30, and it took 30 minutes each morning and night with the strips on my teeth. I was able to do it in the morning while I showered, and in the evening while i watched TV. teeth were whiter after 4 days, and even more clear after the whole 2 weeks! Read how I did it…
How I did it: Went out and purchased whitening strips, drank less coffee and use a electric tooth brush all of these things help! If you do have coffee try to brush your teeth after it, that way it doesn't settle. I've also heard straws help as well :) Read how I did it…

Most people say I have white teeth as it is, but I haven’t actually whitened my teeth in awhile, and I’ve been noticing that they’ve been having some discoloration. I need to get some Crest Whitestrips soon.
So I’m really into natural products for any kind of problem so why should this be an exception?
I am determined to have a whiter smile by my senior year which is just a couple months away. So, I decided to whiten my teeth with baking soda. I’ve heard of multiple ways to use it but I’ve decided I’ll use it by covering my toothpaste with it whenever I brush my teeth, which is twice a day. I just started today (I just brushed my teeth a few minutes ago :)) And it says that you see results in about a week or so. It also makes my mouth feel a lot clener than when I just used my toothpast alone.
I hope this works! (.)

There’s nothing better than smiling and not worrying if your teeth are yellow or not. Smile smile smile.
Romko summer officially started!
After I wore braces at early teenager years, I decided I wanted to take care of my teeth (in terms of aesthetics). The medical part didn’t quite work out as I had around 15 cavities all together (complete fail).
I tried white strips, they don’t help that much. I decided this summer I will start brushing teeth the required 2-3 min and use baking soda. Maybe at the end of the summer I’ll have sparkling teeth :D I’ll be flossing and using mouthwash too. I’ll buy another pair of white strips if I can afford them and hopefully they won’t kill my teeth with sensitivity.
I drink too much tea and coffee. My teeth are not white. I want them to be. When I am back state side I will get some whitening strips I think.

A friend complimented my teeth and how white it is. It made me feel really good, but when I brush, I notice that is is not nearly as white as I would like it to be. I have been brushing regularly, so that is a good thing. Now I need to polish it some more, and see where it takes me. Maybe get some whitening strips later on.

I started this one. It’s been almost a week so far.
We’ll see if those Whitestrips really work.
I’ve been using a different method than what I see a lot of people doing. I’ve been brushing my teeth with normal toothpaste (tarter control, no whitening) and then pouring a cap of hydrogen peroxide. I rise any left over tooth paste off the brush and then dip it in the peroxide. I start at the molars and work my way forward, redipping the brush in the peroxide every two teeth or so. I let it sit and bubble for a few minutes and then gently rinse.
So far it has been working, gradually lightening without hurting my gums or teeth. It also helps if you have bitten the inside of your cheek (which I do all the time on accident). The first two days I used baking soda as an added abrasive (that’s what the silica in whitening toothpaste does) but now I am using straight peroxide.
