    1 glass Publix Sweet Tea

    Finished 32 oz. Vitamin Water from ealier

    1 Enchirito from Taco Bell

    2 100 calorie rice crispy treats.

    6 inch. Publix sub w/ capicola ham, swiss cheese, banana peppers, olives, and sunflower seed bread.
    French Fries (deep fried at home)
    Glass of Publix sweet tea

    Completed the remaining 6 inches of my Publix sub, same as above.

    I can’t really remember what I ate today. I need to get a notebook and keep it with me at all times to write it down. I’ll be starting fresh tomorrow.

    20 oz. Mr. Pibb

    Lunch/Afternoon
    {Sonny’s BBQ
    Pulled Beef Brisked
    Onion Rings
    French Fries
    Corn Bread
    Publix Sweet Tea}

    Dinner:
    {Ikea Salmon and Lettuce
    Mashed Potatoes
    Pepsi
    Sip of Ligenberry (sp?) juice type concoction}

    Dr Pepper

    Lantchips (sour cream flavor)

    I managed to eat out pretty much for every meal today. The Ikea meal was very light and semi-healthy. Going to strive harder tomorrow to eliminate soda and take-out meals. Lunch will be tough tomorrow because I’m working a double so I’ll probably be stuck at work eating their food.
