How to have a film in a film festival

How I did it: Working hard and not annoying the school administrator!
As a student producer, it was my first oppurtunity to produce a film from beginning to end.... and it was a lot more work then I thought! I was definatley of the opinion that I would sail through the process from past experiennces in the school but I definatley learnt the hard way in doing some things but it was really worth the hard slog!
Lessons & tips: Work hard, keep going and dont think it wont work!
Resources: Get onto your regional film board, they are often more helpful then you might think :)
