I’ve done this, but I’m not done doing them! When I was home alone over Chrimstas I went on a sewing spree and I took a sleeping bag that had been torn up by the dryer drum and some sheets that had holes and chocolate sauce stains on them (ice cream sundaes in bed!) and made a patchwork quilt. It’s heavy, and warm, and I love it. But I think it needs more “quilting” because the sleeping bag inside slips around, so, I’m going to do that before I mark this one as “done” 20 months ago
