I got it three days ago on Friday. I was extremely nervous! :S Though that didn’t suprise me. It was pretty easy however, made an 87, so yay :D

Tomorrow my instructor and I go over parallel parking and where I’ll be driving on my exam. I’m probably not doing myself any favors by staying up this late, so I hope I do well enough tomorrow :S
Monday is my test. Ack, my goodness, I’m charged and anxious!

on thursday i earned my license, the third time is the charm.
first two times i had extremely mean instructors who yelled for no reason and made my anxiety flare up
this woman was so kind and didn’t freak about anything. i am an excellent driver, there is nothing to freak out about anyway. she was so sweet. i cried when it was done because i was so happy.
totally worth it!

Impulsive friends

Whenever I’m out with my friend, she likes to unexpectedly stop and insist I drive the rest of the way home when she drops me off. It totally throws me off, and I whine like a baby about how I’m going to wreck her car, but it helps.
She’s very supportive, and has helped me become more comfortable, and less afraid about handling a car.
However, I’ve only driven in a neighborhood, busy streets are a tooootally different story…

so, i went to take the drivers test for the first time today – and i passed with amazingly minus one! i think the DMV guy must have went easy or something, because i really was not prepared for this and forced myself to take it because my permit was going to expire next week. i never really drove inside roads much – since the route to school basically only consisted of freeway. hah!
just because i suck at driving...

but really i’m gonna be driving either way but i’d rather it not be illegally.

OK, so I’m somewhat of a late bloomer (I got my license when I was 20.5), but I am so glad I did now. Better late than never, right? I love being able to go any place I please and being independent. I get to see my friends more because I can drive over to see them and my life just has more adventures in it! I highly reccomend it—get it, as soon as possible!
