amyrun77 Twilight totally is ripping off the Sookie Stackhouse books!
I had a little set back last week and had to transfer funds from savings to checking. I will try to replenish it this month and get caught up again.
How I did it: Opening a student Checking account made it really easy to start saving money. The bank that I applied with allowed me to open a Savings account along with it, and both of the accounts were free. With the help of online transfers, I've been able to start putting money into my Savings, and even set up a schedule so that a pre-determined amount of money is transferred every month. Read how I did it…

$150.02 and I didn’t even miss it.
I am worse off now than I was a year ago. that’s because I was in a foreign country (New Zealand) working whilst travelling and renting. And then I came back home with an unfavourable exchange rate which reduced my money even more.
And now I have to find a job all over agiain.
However Ihave opened a special saving account with a slightly higher interest rate to put my money into – should I ever make any.

Another $25. Last week was only $100.02. I made a mistake, but it’s still growing.

Payday again and another $25 into savings. It’s only $75.01 now, but at least it’s a start.
i need to start to take care of myself. I have been doing it to others for the longest time and now i am putting myself on top of the list. I am trying to save the gas money my boss pays me every month and cut back on other expenses as much as i can.
I guess i also need to understand my limitations. What i can save today is not much, but instead of beating myself up over it and thinking that it is too late to do it, i should be thinking that is all i can do for now and be OK with not being able to do more…I need to respect my limitations and give myself credit to all i do.
