Untitled 4 months ago

It’s in my life list.
I’m 40 in october 2010. I’m not sure how I feel yet, but I’ve decided to start my list.

#34 Organize Videos 11 months ago

I like that my “Organize Photos” is under this goal, so I’ll add “Organize Videos” here too.

1. Upload all our videos to video.google?
2. Decide what to do about Vimeo
3. Save videos to CDs?
4. Save videos to flash drive?

#33 Luxury Bed 12 months ago

This is a silly one but I want a bed and linens like you see in the movies. More color than in this photo… I need a better representation, but this would be a good start. Actually our bed cover sort of looks like this now, but I don’t want to just toss something over the bed to make it look nice. I’m sure the pillows would eventually drive me nuts, but I’m willing to give it a try.

Not necessarily in this order but here are some of my goals (items in bold are what I feel I have a handle on right now):

7. Decide what to do with all other photos – in boxes or albums
8. Keep my nephew’s photos organized – boxes and album(s)
9. Be sure my daughter’s photos start off and stay organized
10. Start a “each month” scrapbook for my daughter

#31 Try 43 Restaurants 20 months ago

We always end up going back to the same ‘ol (favorite) places so I want to add this to my list. And this could very well end up being “Try 43 new Mexican Restaurants” or “43 new Pizza Places” but that is perfectly fine by me! We are not crazy about fine dining but we would like to try a few new hamburger joints and diners in town. (And it’s been sooo long that I’ve been to Leon’s I think we can include them on our list!)

#30 Teach my Baby Signs 20 months ago

I am so excited about signing with my baby that I want to start right away! I’m afraid if I wait until she is six months I will get sided tracked and forget or become too busy… so I’m adding this here too as another reminder of how much I want to do this!

#29 Snowblower 20 months ago

I had this on my 43T list last winter and I never got around to learning. This year I was pregnant and had no desire to be out there in the cold. BUT this is something I want to learn how to do so, again, I’m not dependent on other people and maybe I can help others out too (like my folks when they get older… or the neighbors.)

#28 Cordless Drill 20 months ago

I would like a handheld cordless drill and I want to know how to use it. I am tired of the tiny nails that hang all of the pictures in our house (that could fall down any minute or with a slightest breeze) and I’m tired of asking other people (friends, my brother or my Dad) to hang more complicated (like where a hole for screwing is needed) and heavier stuff for me. I mean, how hard can this be?
