Kill 250 calories on the treadmill every day

I’ve adhered to this goal for the past week and a half. Burning 250 cals on the treadmill usually entails about 35 minutes of work, which is very reasonable.

At the doctor’s office today – 118/72

I did not add this as a weight-loss goal; rather, I am trying to keep my BP down and my lipid counts where they should be.

Unfortunately, I have a ‘genetic predisposition’ to high BP…I will go to great lengths to keep those numbers from creeping up!
